Fiske's Palm Paradise Party & Auction 2025

The Fiske PTO is a completely parent run, non-profit organization.  We rely on participation from Fiske families to make this event a success and to support essential school programs going forward.

VOLUNTEER

Please consider volunteering your time with planning and/or at the night of the party!  We are looking for people to either chair or be part of the following committees:

Set-Up: this will take place on Friday, April 11th before the event begins.  Join us at Wellesley Country Club to stuff gift bags, put out decor, and prepare registration/check-out.  Exact time TBD.

Check In: We are looking for someone to chair this effort, as well as committee members.  You will learn how to use our auction software (simple and user friendly!) and help set up registers at the event on April 11th.  You will check people in when they start to arrive, which includes verifying their email and inputting their credit card.

 

FAMILY DONATIONS

Have access to tickets (sporting, theater, etc.), services, gift cards, vacation homes or other unique experiences?  We are looking for families to donate special items that can be included in the silent and live auctions.  If you have something to contribute (or any questions) please email Jill Hegstad (jillhegstad@gmail.com).

 

FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship is a critical component of the auction and we count on families and businesses alike.  This is a great way to support the event if you aren't able to attend or volunteer!  All family sponsors will be recognized in our printed auction guide (that goes out to all families) as well as this website and the PTO newsletter.  There are four levels of Sponsorship which can be submitted via this site:

Palm Sponsor - $500

Gold Sponsor - $250

Silver Sponsor - $150

Bronze Sponsor - $75

 

WINE PULL

More info to follow!  One of the most fun parts of the party is our wine pull.  We look for Fiske families to donate bottles of wine valued at a minimum of $20... but the sky is the limited. There will be bottles all the way up to $200!  At the Palm Paradise Party, you can pay $20 for a wrapped bottle and take your chances on getting a good one!  At the very least, you pay $20 to walk away with a $20 bottle.  More details to follow in March on how you can donate!  Questions?  Please email Julie Krathen (julie.krathen@gmail.com)
