Fiske Elementary School hosts a silent auction & fundraising event every two years to raise funds for additional curriculum support, programs, and opportunities above and beyond the school budget.

These programs and services are what our students, faculty, and community have come to expect out of the great learning environment and experience at Fiske!

The Fiske PTO budget covers the cost of the following programs:

Curriculum support through Creative Arts and STEM programs


  • Buses for Field Trips
  • Digital tools used in the classroom and at home (Raz Kids, Dreambox, etc.)
  • Community events including Bingo, Science Fair, Multi-Cultural Night and the Year-End Picnic
  • Classroom support from the Teachers Classroom Fund to donating books for the library



HOW TO PARTICIPATE

There are several ways to participate, you can make a donation, sponsor the event, purchase tickets and bid on Silent Auction items.

Family Gifts

Make a donation of goods, tickets, services or activities as items in the packages offered in the Silent and Live Auctions. Send an email with a donation description and the approximate value of the gift to [Contact Person].

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is a critical component of the auction and we count on families and businesses alike. There are four levels of Sponsorship:


Royal Flush $1000+
Full House $250+
Four of a Kind $500+
Flush $100+

Silent Auction Bidding

The Silent Auction will be open for bidding a few days before the event. All bidding will occur online. Winning bidders will pick up their items at the event or at a later date if they can not attend.

Volunteer

Volunteers make Casino Night and fundraising events like this a success. You can volunteer on a Committee like the Business Donations Committee or Decorations. We also need volunteers to help out on the night of our event. Check your email for the link to the Sign Up Genius or visit the site to become involved.
